Do you wear your pole shorts with or without undies?
I don't have a "proper" pair of pole shorts yet, so I've just been wearing my boy short undies (which I usually double up).
When, and if, I ever do get proper pole shorts, I was wondering if they are meant to be worn like a bathing suit bottom – with no undies – or if you still wear undies too?

I personally prefer to wear undies with my shorts. I'm just nervous that I'll try a move and my lady parts will somehow get exposed. As for the kind of undie- I like a thong, but will wear briefs occasionally. This might be TMI, but my favorites are these:
The lace waist really helps prevent any panty-line issue. And they're comfortable and sexy, so win-win.
But anyway, the shorts are lined, and seem to be acceptable to be worn without, so maybe it's just preference…

I always wear undies with my shorts. Usually a “sporty” thong. I find not only is it more comfortable, but also that the right pair of underoos can keep my shorts in place better so they don’t shift around and create the dreaded camel toe or ride up anywhere.

Yes I always where a cotton thong underneath my shorts because my shorts have shifted and it did stop everyone from seeing my lady parts

I prefer to wear pole shorts without undies! I find that working out in a thong is uncomfortable, and if I wear briefs then they just wind up giving my a wedgie under my pole shorts anyways!
As to "wardrobe malfunctions"… I have had maybe two or three instances while I was practicing (usually something involving an inverted thing hold while switching legs if that makes sense) where the middle of the shorts have momentarily shifted, but it happens so rarely that I don't really worry about it! I always know right away if that's happening and the shorts correct themselves as I'm dismounting anyways!

I wear undies with my pole shorts! However, my pole shorts are SO short that they actually look like undies, especially with my regular workout shirt.
Also, I'm not in the thong crowd, so sometimes you can tell I'm wearing undies…but that's okay, because at least they're there to keep other things a mystery!

I do not as of yet have any proper pole shorts…I either wear some workout shorts (which are a little longer in the leg than I would like, and makes some moves difficult) with undies, or I just strip down to the undies to start with. LOL
I really need to get me some of veena's 180 wear, some pink pole bottoms, and some pole skivvies they all look great!

The only time I wear undies with pole shorts is if the shorts are unlined. But lately I find myself wearing the undies as pole shorts. Swimsuit bottoms are my new favorite. They are lined so they're meant to be worn alone, and they stay where they're supposed to stay.

i only wear thongs all day long so for me it's completely comfy to wear em under pole shorts. and i always do. because i've seen horrible, horrible things.

i generally wear a thong under mine if I'm poling with others. Here at home I tend to pole in boy short panties. part of my reasons for using a thong under my shorts is if the shorts have a seam running up your lady parts (lol love that saying) then when doing inverts and such I have had the seam catch on my piercings and pull a bit. Nothing like feeling a metal pinch while upside down…….

I do both. It really depends on how I feel that day. Some shorts I have don't compliment my butt that well but wearing panties under them seems to help make my ass look better.
And some days I go comando! 🙂

I very rarely see VAG, but I see a lot of pubic hair stubble… especially in areas a thong would never cover
..Since I'm not going to shave EVERY day,or ask you to shave EVERY day, I'm okay. Lets just aim our vaginas elsewhere.

I usually wear undies under my shorts, hard to imagine right because my shorts are sooo tiny. IF I'm shaved up I'll wear just shorts but I always use a panty liner in my shorts/underwear because many of them don't have a white lining and because I think the less my vag touches them the longer I'll be able to use them, plus panty liners help absorb sweat – TMI but I'm a sweaty girl and it's not just my hands.
IF my undies are bigger than my shorts – which does happen, I will make sure the undies and shorts match so that I can get away with it, lol.
Anyway, for what it's worth I don't like my vag touching the lining of my shorts/undies or bikini bottoms – I've got vag issues. So I always double up.
FYI – the kmart shorts – I have two pairs and if I spread my legs and I do a lot – they do show lady bits :S Not sure if I just have a wider one than normal or not.

Usually wear a thong underneath, but on occasion will go without also. Depends on the shorts I'm wearing and how confident I am that they are covering the right places!

WOW! I never thought to ask this lol! I wear Victoria's Secret boy shorts (the cute panty ones with all the words o nteh back) I usually will wear two pairs at once or a thong under one. I did once try these stretch thin fabric panties under some walmart side tie shorts and it was a total disaster…I had to keep asking if my sugar bowl was hanging out..sooo embarassing. Lucky me it takes a LOT to embarrass yourself in this kind of culture so I was ok. Note to self…ALWAYS ALWAYS wear two pairs on panties lol I still have yet to purchase anything specifically made for pole dancing..haven't prioritized it quite yet.
And like amcut said..Please please shave every time. 🙂
