Uh Oh My xpole is stuck and i cant get it down!!! helpp!!!
Okay so my xpole is being kinda funny 1st off i did a spin and i felt it shift not like the base plates but the pole itself, now i know my pole is a sport so it shouldn't be moving so i wasn't sure what was going on, now when i try to unscrew the little thingy at the bottom that tightens and locks the pole up the whole pole shifts with it =O !!! i mean im not sure if its a big problem, i was joking with my friend and said great i got an xpert for the price of a sport and great now its permanent! but really i wanna get it down and i have no idea how now…i mean i would even leave it up except im not sure how safe that is…did i tighten too much? helllllpppp!!!

okay update i got it down finally but im scared it might happen again and of course my main issue is safety…im not sure if this is a big problem should i contact xpole about it? has this happened to anyone with their poles?
