  I cannot do anything “bridge”

  I cannot touch the pole overhead with my hands when I am in CAR or CKR, I am not terribly inflexible so I do not understand why I cannot do anything like this! 🙁

  are you flexible in back, shoulders, and chest? when you're standing on the floor can you bring your arms up and back?
