teddy advice please
hey ladies i need some help with the teddy. the way i usually get into it is kind of like a fan kick… i have gotten the move before but i can’t get it all the time, any advice please?

Try to climb up a little bit, get into a pole hold position. Then turn your body and get your butt in front of the pole. Onve you have your butt in front of the pole, bend your knees up, take your strong arm and grab your inner thigh. You should be gripping with your armpit, side of the torso and lower back. What a pedagogical description, EvaRuth!
I have a small trick that helped me get a good armpit-hold when learning this trick: at the same time as you get in front of the pole and you start squeezing your armpit, you should try to slide down a bit on the pole. This will really make your armpit stick (at least mine does) https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_wink.gif Good luck! -
I find my back to be doing a lot of the gripping, really wedge the pole under your arm and press your back up to it.
