New from Chicago IL!
Hi guys! Been lurking for a few months and decided to post. I’ve been taking class at Pole Velocity since mid-April, and I am ordering an X-Pole through my teacher this week; should be in by next weekend! So I’m super excited.

Thanks for the welcome, guys! Too bad I missed a recent jam, but maybe I can make another one soon! I’m just glad they are happening at all. It would be nice to do some social poling!

There is a big jam scheduled in Detroit on Sunday October 10 and for some reason I think there is one this weekend in Chicago Heights (I can’t seem to find the info though).

I am HOPING to plan a jam in the south suburbs again in October but Im so swamped with things right now I haven’t had a chance to even get started on the plans. I will post it under the "jams" category if I can pull it together.
In the mean time I’m going up to Detroit in October with a few of my students too. Hopefully you can come along for the weekend – it’s going to be a blast!

That is cool news about the Detroit jam – I am scheduled to be in Metro Detroit for work in early October anyway so maybe I can swing it!! Thanks for the heads up!!
