  Ok ladies, my MOTM is the scorpio/gemini and the extended butterfly!

  I finally did a one legged inside leg hang with a hand and elbow grip. Not the prettiest one… but one without assistance or worry that I would fall on my head https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_lol.gif I will post pics of my progress through the month!   MOTM has not really started yet….it was a something I posted a while back and should have waited. Once we finish some of the changes we are working for the site we will officially begin the MOTM https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_biggrin.gif
