  Alethea Austin Workshop on Sept 25 in los angeles

  Saturday September 25 @ 6pm
  2010 USPDF Champion, ALETHEA AUSTIN,
  will be taking a short break from her world tour to teach her famous sexy pole dance style the day before her guest performance at the California Pole Dance Championship

  Alethea developed a brand new workshop which will be taught for the first time ever for CPDC.
  “SEXY FLOW”

  This 90 minute workshop taught by Alethea Austin, USPDF Champion 2010 and USPDF Miss Sexy 2009, has been added by popular request. "Stripper Tai Chi",  "Moving Like Melted Butter", "Slinky Snake"
  Whatever you want to call it. Sexy Flow will be geared toward helping each dancer become more comfortable in fluid movement and dance in front of an audience. With an emphasis and tips given on Pole Dance for Freedance, Performance, and Competitions.
   
  We will start with simple movements and tricks you already know and learn how adapt them to different songs infusing constant movement on and off the pole with tension, fluidity and complete control.
   
  This class has a prerequisite of Inverting.

  $75 per student – 90 minutes.
