  Estee Zaker offers workshops in Philly at Awakenings!

  Estee Zaker, USPDF "Miss Trixter", national pole dance champion, offers workshops at Awakenings on July 20, 21st! I Awakenings is located in a beautiful, conveniently located fitness facility in King of Prussia PA, 20 minutes outside of center city and minutes from rte 76, the PA turnpike and 476.   Workshop info:
  Tuesday, July 20: 8:15-9:30pm Group workshop: Estee will work with all levels of pole enthusiast in this workshop: focus on deep stretching techniques, strength conditioning, dance transitions and of course trick work. Bring your wish list!! 75 minutes/ $65 person.
