  pole moves with pics

  This is my first post but i have been reading for a while now.. i was wondering as a newbie to poling, if we could do a big thread on all the pole moves you can think of and put it with a pic so us newbies can get to know and remember what each move looks like..

  or if this already exists can you let me know please… thanks

  i know theres heaps of moves on youtube but i’d really like to be able see the name and pic of a move that i need to perfect. haha

  Check out the Vertical Dance website because there are 3 PDF files with pictures & names… They are divided into beginner, intermediate, and advanced. I have them saved on my computer so I can pull them up whenever.

  I also compiled a list of moves (just the names) from the wikipole-site. Just the ones that I can (almost) do and the ones I think I’d like to learn soon! Now I’ll never loose inspiration during practice! https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_idea.gif
