I’m working on flexibility, floorwork, dance and more acro tricks on the pole. I’m more intermediate to advance. My ceiling are low, 8.5ft so I can’t do to many transition at once. Right now I’m not trying to do too many crazy things till after competition mid-July. But I’m open to suggestions. Can always use the practice. 🙂

I’ve been teaching Silk With Pole for almost 2 yrs. I first started in my home with an XPole and now I use xstage lite as well. I haven’t had any issues. It’s so much fun!! And I’ve had all shapes and sizes try it without a problem. You just need to check it every now and then. There is certain tricks I won’t do on it only in the studio. I use FabPole which is flexible. Contact Leesi for purchasing.

I have an xstage lite and I bought 2 different extensions for it on their website. Mine is a 45mm. You just need to a make sure you measure correctly. the 1st one I order was too short so I needed up with a 1000mm and it works.

As for the size, I prefer a 45. 50 is too thick for my hands and 40 is too small. I guess it depends on you. Plus if you compete then you might want to get a 45.

You need to get Pole insurance. If you teach other classes, aerial, you need additional insurance as well. You should also get a certificate in CPR and make sure you have all your students sign a waiver and photo waver.

When I was getting my XPole stage they were out too. Wasn’t back for 3 months. Then they sold out again. So if you really want it, keep an eye out and get it while you can.

Kobajo84 Where can you get that?

Thank you everyone!! I’m hanging this from an A Frame from XPole. So I can use either or. Didn’t know you can hang single or double but that’s a good option too. I signed up at this studio that has double tabs so I can try it out. I have tried single. It seems to spin a lot and lite weight. The purpose for me is to train and get better at it as another way to build my strength.

I am planning to get the A Frame from XPole. So either single or double would work. I just don’t know which to get. Especially since the Lyra is costly I don’t want to pick the wrong one.

Thank you! I’m fairly new to this. But would it be safe to say you can do all the tricks from a one tab to a double plus more? I’m debating on which one to purchase and don’t want to limit myself. So far it sounds like I should get the double.

I have the xPole lite stage and I’m happy I got it. Easy to put together and options to make it longer or shorter. Depending on your moves it’s noticeable but you get use to it. If you want to feel more stable, extend the legs. I was looking at the plates you can add for weights but that’s because my pole might go higher on what I’m trying to do. Good luck!

I want to get the remote warmer. How warm does the current one get? Is it slightly warm or you can notice the difference? Wondering if I should buy it now or wait.

January 31, 2016 at 3:06 pm in reply to: XPole lite stage base stuck

Thank you everyone!! I took out all screws completely from the base in case it was getting caught. The pole is on static so the only other screws are the spin mode. The stage is only 2 months old. So was confused why this would happen or what made it happen.

I tried several things and finally got it out!! It was weird and don’t know why I had to do this but at least it work. Here’s what I did in case it happens to someone else.

I took out all the screws on the base. Then I unscrewed the static and made it spin. It came out!!! FYI, I never pull it out on spin. I repositioned back to the base and put it back to static. Had to do this a few times. But now it pulls out on static mode. :/

Thank you for all your help! 🙂

I posted the video on this site 🙂 Didn’t know how to tag you.

I think you can’t go wrong with either of the two stages. But I like the lite better because it’s closer to the floor and easier to make transitions. Plus more pole if you are at home.

    Hope this help!!!

Ummm. It’s on my YouTube Channel at “LifeOfAPoleTrick”. Can you see it from there?

I’ll see if it’s been flagged because of the music. You know they are funny about that. If so I’ll try to upload it here and tag you.
