This weakens your position. Consider that if the user is following the forums they now know for a certainty that a cease and desist letter is almost certainly a bluff and even if you do take them to court you lack the funds to pay a lawyer for more than a couple days.
From a different perspective, libel and slander cases are quite often more trouble than they are worth. You generally have to prove intent, and also have to prove that the statements are false. It becomes a he said she said situation that does nothing for the reputation of either party.
The best response in almost every case is just to ignore it, rise above it. As a wise man once said, "There is no such thing as bad publicity".

Don't forget our chat room has a group video/voice feature so you can get together there and have big 'ol pole jams whenever you want!!! 🙂

@k2weller – Curious is right, any iPhone app should run on an iPad. Pocket Pole is however not built for the iPad so the application will either run small or large and pixelated depending on how you prefer to run it.
Our site has specially encoded videos for tablets however. If you get our lessons you will get hi-res video on your iPad along with full audio and instruction. This does require an internet connection though.
-
@vipergal – Our website works on some Blackberries but not others you will have to test it, it depends on your phone hardware and the Operating System version you are running. Just go to StudioVeena.Com in your phones web browser and try it out.
-
Just wanna plug our site here. Our site is mobile enabled (you can see the details at the bottom of the screen on the right column. When you purchase the lessons you can watch them on your iPhone and most Android phones without installing another app on your phone. Plus our lessons have full audio explanations on how to execute each move. It's like an app only 1 million times better.
-
I should mention that these changes are only in the lessons section right now. I will be adding them to the member videos over the coming weeks.
@Madfelice – Other browsers have supported the neccessary functionality since their 3.x versions which were all released around 3 to 4 years ago so the great majority of people will have upgraded their browsers.

Google Plus and the +1 button are two different things. The +1 is more a ranking tool than a sharing tool and does not require that you are setup on Google+ it simply requires that you have a Google account.
@nymphdancer – Google+ has minor security issues, as does facebook, everyone simply likes to blow them out of proportion. Google uses a central authorization scheme so it's not that they have "setup an account" but more that if you have a Gmail account you have instant access to all their properties rather than having to go through a signup process with each one.
-
@Water – you just cancel your current subscription using the cancel link on the Account page, then when your subscription runs out you can upgrade to the year memebership.
-
I apologize, I did actually find a problem, you may now get a few notices in your email.
-
@sensualscimitar – I just verified everything on our side all the way back the the system mail send logs. The Emails are being sent and accepted by your ISP's servers.

As long as you aren't spamming other threads or creating inordinate amounts of threads about your site we encourage people to share information about their businesses and undertakings.

@Semisweetdreams – While we have entertained the idea of an app we are not quite there yet. What I can tell you is that there is an iPhone and iPad browser that will allow you to upload photos call iCab. I believe it is .99 in the app store.
Unfortunately it does not allow the upload of videos to our site at this time but it is one step in the right direction.
