scorpiotrickster I need to find out where your computer thinks its going for StudioVeena.Com. We recently moved the site servers and it seems that some computers are caching the old address.
In windows:
Open the Command Prompt window by clicking the Start button Picture of the Start button, clicking All Programs, clicking Accessories, and then clicking Command Prompt
Then type:
ping http://www.studioveena.com
In Mac:
Open Applications, then go to utilities, then open terminal.
Then type:
ping http://www.studioveena.com
In both cases the results will return an IP address which is a number composed of four numbers separated by periods. Please let me know what that number is.

That is some sort of suspended or drop ceiling, however, it doesn’t look like there is a good way to get behind the ceiling material itself. From the photos you posted I would not try to install any kind of pole on it 🙁

CloSmo, have you called X-Pole to see if they have a solution for you? If you explain the situation you may be able to provide a potential idea.
Also, have you considered the StudioVeena Pole? It requires far less pressure to mount since it only requires enough pressure to keep the top of the pole locked into the bracket.

aurelka I have added MTS files to the allowed uploads. You should be able to upload your files now.

Oakmama, It all depends on the length of the video.
What problem are you experiencing with the uploads does the video upload to the point where it gets a green checkmark next to it in the upload box or not?

Your video needs to be under 2gigs to be uploaded here. However your upload speed will be largely dictated by your internet speed.

Your iPad should work just fine. Is it using Cellular data or are you connected to wireless at home?
