I would love to see lessons for Floating Ballerina, Rockstar Spin, Roxi, Phoenix, Death Lay, Yogini, Marley, Brass Monkey.
Girls who were asking about Allegra, it is already on there and Flatline Scorpio.https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_cat.gif https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_cat.gif

Megs you could always try an alcahollic drink 1st! Will numb the pole burn!

I have just got the Yogini and Rocketman/girl. I started off going into it from the floor, wedgingthe pole into my right armpit the putting my left hand below on the pole thumb down. Then I lifted my right leg off floor and felt the burn, then eventualy I took my left leg off, and then I took off my left hand and grabbed my ankles with the corresponding hands. So you have the armpit grip, and part of ther inner arm, and also the side of your body too, in my case the right side.
I find it helps if you are already quite warmed up for this move. I now can do it from a pole sit which is much easier, and when you are higher up you can then go into rocketman/girl from it. The pain lessens the more you do it, like any move. I also found that this kind of grip helped me with the teddy too. Good luck with it https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_cat.gif https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_cat.gif

I tried out a brass 45 mm X pole at the Alethea Austin masterclass in Stevenage and really didn’t get on with it, I found it less grippy than chrome, which I find great along with stainless steel. Alethea loved it!

Hi I used a 500mm extension and just the A pole (top section) when I took my pole to a club for a friends birthday party, ceiling was so low prob just a touch over 6ft! Was completely secure but limiting for tricks. https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_cat.gif https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_cat.gif

I go to uni in Cambridge but do not live there, I have seen pole dance classes advertised at the YMCA, not sure of road name but there is a Best Western hotel next to it and a huge swimming pool and its opposite Parkers Piece.
Hope thats helpful. https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_cat.gif https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_cat.gif -

when you do SM training– do yourself a favor and don’t begin it with your body vertical. start leaning backwards, with your shoulder perpendicular to the pole– the closer that yuor body is to horizontal, the easier it is.
Yes this is the way i do it it really helped to have it explained as I was trying it with my body vertical and gettui=ing nowhere, thanks for the links. https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_cat.gif https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_cat.gif

Thanks guys,
Love the support everyone gives each other on here its fab, Amyxshi I can lift into basic invert without kicking, unless am knackered lol!Solya I use a SM grip that is called respect grip on the pole junkies website. I SM using my right shoulder, so my right hand is cupped behind pole and left hand opposing so its able to pull me up, if that makes sense. Have had to give it a rest for a couple of days cos am a bit sore. https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_cat.gif https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_cat.gif
