I love this idea…mine would be a REALLY long video LOL…if I could only figure out how to EDIT a video with my silly editing program…which is kinda sad seeing as I work in television…might need to reach out to Honey for some editing help 🙂

Have you checked your blood sugar? It could be low and it could be causing the headaches as well…are you eating regularly throughout the day. The idea about the journal is really good. It might help you identify what the "trigger" is.

I would like to add that when figuring out your price point know that not everyone has free time during the day…there never seems to be enough evening classes to me. – or they always seem to be beginner or intro classes. It is always annoying when the class prices drop significantly if you buy an unlimited monthly membership, but there are never enough evening/weekend classes to make it work – then you are stuck paying super high prices if you can only make one or two classes a week.

I love my foam roller…I use one after each of my training/work out sessions then bought one for home. I am trying to get better about using it when I wake up and after stretching each night.

I really like my Lil mynx powder coated spinning pole and haven't had any issues with it…I have a PS spinning pole as well (older modle) and it's great but kind of a pain to put up and down plus it's slicker

…also it is not common to cut up the abs but rather suture abs back together again that have spread or are herniated. It tightens them up quite nicely.

I had CRAZY fibroids and had to have a hysterectomy. I was really bummed and stretched out because of them so my Dad decided to treat me with lipo and a tummy tuck at the same time – GO DAD!!!! https://www.studioveena.comfile:///C:\Users\walkerl\AppData\Local\Temp\msohtmlclip1\01\clip_image001.gif
I would say I got back into serious poling around 2.5 months – 3 months – inverting etc. However I also went back to pole in general around 6 weeks…just lighter stuff – no shoulder mounts or inverts or anything where I had to curl upwards lol…more light spins, dance etc.
I ended up with a smaller than normal bikini cut for a tummy tuck, but slightly longer than normal bikini cut for a hysterectomy lol (it’s not the full hip bone to hip bone cut you tend to see with lots of tummy tucks). I am lucky it healed quite nicely – pencil thin…and being black scars are always a crap shoot. It’s really faded I barely notice it.
Also know that not all tummy tucks have to have extremely long scars. They can use smaller cuts – or you can have a modified tuck…it does however depend on the severity, amount and placement of the loose skin. Some women have just loose skin others have herniated muscles that need work as well. Luckily they didn’t need to do any muscle work for me BUT if they do the results I have seen are pretty cool. The one thing I would say is give yourself enough time to heal. You don't want to go through the pain and cost and then mess it up.
I must say it was one of the BEST things I have ever done for myself!

There are PLENTY of strippers who rock the pole – in fact a few of our fav pole dancers come from a strip club background https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_smile.gif

I would also add that if your wrist is giving you some pain issues right now you might seriously want to maybe work on things off the pole that really don't involve your wrist. You would be surprised just how many moves that don't seem wrist intense actually can put pressure on them and you don't want to aggrevate it and end up worse off.
