Webmaster – just curious…If I delete my comment on the video thread will I continue to get emails notifications from that video thread or will they stop. I stepped away from my desk for a bit and my blackberry was almost dead from all the vibrating from the alerts 🙂 …it could be a work around until you implement a "stop following" link as all my email gets pushed to my cell/work phone 🙂

I love the new look of the site…very flashy and slick :and the lessons section ROCKS!
I had two questions regarding the forum…will you be adding the category in the listing of the topics – so we can find them again later ? Does that make sense? Also will the unviewed post fuction be coming back…it was a GREAT way to quickly catch up on the new posts.

…just to chime in please make sure that if you are going to attempt this grip that you have sufficient shoulder flexibility/mobility to begin with. I have very inflexible shoulders and while I have the strength to do this move I by no means have the flexibility – I avoid it like the plague lol..
This is the move I see most injuries with in class and shoulder issues take a good deal of time to heal.

Okay so I am still trying to work this out but because of the Holidays it’s been a little hard …going to TRY to get it on the calendar for the 26th…even if it’s just me at the studio LOL…and then try it weekly from there.
I will let you know if the 26th (the day after Christmas https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_smile.gif actually starts this all off)
