My first blog was about getting sane with the pole. I’ve been suffering depression and anxiety for most of my life at some point even suicidal. But since i start 6 month ago it didn’t came back, i don’t say i’ve become Mary sunshine all the time, we all have up and down but now i feel so much better. I my friends and family notice it too. I feel like i’m a better mom, a better person.
I wish you have a lot of those amazing happy, really in peace with yourself moment with your pole. It will change your life for sure.

Oh Sosagely you don’t have to be sorry to be busy. I can imagine that it’s sad that your (great) idea turn out that way but for right now i will keep it working if other want to do it. And if at some point you want to join us on thusday or other day just let me know.

I can see two reason for that maybe you don’t put the pole deep enough so when pull your leg you really wrap around the pole or/and to push too hard to hold yourself. If the pole in not in the right spot you may have to press harder against the pole.
These are the main raisons i see also when i do that move i push my leg out a little bit before pulling down than in place.I don’t know if that make sence lol Veena explain it so better.

The stud finder don’t work on my ceiling so my bf had to knock and push to find a hard spot.

I have the same thing in my old house. And there was no way i can repair it since the wood is varnish and my dad would kill me if i paint over it. https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_confused.gif
But i try it anyway, the hardest part was to find the joint but now it’s been up for 6 month and when i took it down my ceiling is ok. I have an x-pole so the silicone around the yop protect it from leaving marks. I just wonder about the color that may change after a few years. Will see.
My first idea was to take off the fixture and put it over so if i end up with marks i could buy the decorative thing you put around the fixture (sorry don’t know the word in english) and hide it.
