What type of yoga? That plays a part since there are so many forms some places make tons because they offer the newest craze and such also hiw many classes a day how many types offered all of this plays a part in getting and keeping customers and in your revenue. How many teachers will you ha e what will be their pay that is going to determine what you end up with. Also for most businesses the first 2 to 3 yrs are the hardest dont see too much of a profit thats why many fail. Think a out those questions and that should help you some come up with your figures as well as location and rent cost.

Haven’t been able to pole since then ended u hurting my back moving a 202 lb. box for my mom so have to let it heal up should be good by this weekend well I hope it is. Plan on doing some light stretching tomorrow to help get out any links in my back.

I have the same problem I saved and saved till I could get a x pole stage now find myself not practicing.
    Long term goal
    Splits
    Handstands
Pole at least five days a week
    Short term goal
Practice at least twice a week
Get the basics down and executed smoothly
    Work on flexibility
Freestyle ( I never dance when I pole just worry about the moves since so self conscious and feel awkward )
I want to start working on the pole and off more I have almost every pole dvd there is and have this site for lessons but by the end of the day just don’t want to pole even though I still love it. I live an hour or more from any studios and homeschool my three kids so have to learn at home. Don’t know anyone at all in the state I live so of course no one to pole with or help motivate me and sometimes have knee issues. But would love to join your group and hopefully kick myself in the butt and start to pole again.

I’m in for both 30 day programs. Have a stage and need to go back to basics myself have you guys decided how we are going to do it as a group ex Skype or are we just going to post that we did it each day?

I was a passenger in a really bad car accident at 17 and got what the call soft tissue dame ga from it. If it rains or cold my back and neck pain flares up. On top of that I found out last summer that the cartledge in my right knee is detoriating and need surgery to shave the inside of my knee cap. So I feel you with it being hard that something you love like pole is going to be affected by these things. But don’t give up if you love it stick with it even if you can only practice once a week do it. I may not ever do the super flexy moves or get good enough to seriously compete if I wanted to but it brings me joy so going to give it my all. I too just started back up and have to take it slow and really build my strength back up but hang in there you can do it and you have all of us here on veena behind you.

I didn’t know that could happen to nip piercings good to know lol has thought about it was always the quiet shy kid who always followed the rules type now that I am grown and have kids coming out of my shell and doing the things I’ve always wanted like the tatts and stuff. I was amazed by your back piece and kinda jealous lol like man I wish I would of got something like that haha my back piece that I want is of a phonex will take up half my left side upper back. Then want one mid theigh that travels around to end on my lower butt check with butterflies just not sure what to put to have the butterflies trailing from it to stop at my butt still working on that. Wish I knew someone who could draw so could design my own so since I don’t teaching myself to draw but haven’t made to the stage where can draw a good tatt idea yet

Club dynasty I love your tatt it’s so pretty! I have a tiger on my lower back but want to add to it got it when I was 17 and also a black cat on my inner theigh. Don’t have pics since want to add to each but I never had any problems with pain when I got mine. I sat and played games on my phone the whole time. But I have a good pain tolerance I am the chick who got bored so pierced my own belly button without numbing it just for my baby nephew to yank it out a few weeks later and once it healed repierced it lol. I have numerous tattoos I want to get but don’t want to take time from pole hard enough as it is to find time and energy to do it don’t want to add having to recouperate in top of it. Plus don’t know of any really good artists here in GA and I don’t want to end up one of those tattoo horror stories

I home pole too my mom got really sick at the start of summer and was in the hospital all summer and still not doing well so I take care of her. Plus out of nowhere my youngest started having seizures at Xmas so don’t want to leave them for too long and all of the studios are an hour away from me and that’s if there is no traffic.
