I am a raw food fan and find that raw food has more taste than the cooked and it’s also healthier. I just love it.

I buy my food for the week on Friday or Saterday and then spend 2-2h30 to prepare a huge salad bowl, leave it to rest a bit and then fill in 6 jars with the salad (no seasoning, as to keep it fresh). I do the same for the fruits salads and should say that they all keep fresh for the week. This saves me time during the week and I still enjoy healthy raw food. I am not 100% raw food, but one meal a day is just non negotiable.

Awesome challenge, Veena!!!! It’s a great follow up idea after the January challenge, work on different theme and stay connected with the pole…..
I will be part of it. However, I might be in the middle of my preparation to move to another place, and hope I will be able to do it within the month. I can always catch up after, I guess. -

I am a bit behind the program, but here are 2 compilations. I have to redo the Step Around, work on Elbow Stand, record the Leg Show and improve the Fan Legs. I think my upper hand is too high. Any comments for improvement are welcome. Thank you.

Yes, Veena, you are right, you showed the “cup grip” and I use the grip for the Shoulder Mount. I understand that it’s better to use the cup grip: at least I will try to find my way. I have the feeling that I can’t grip the pole enough to lift my leg but I guess the more I practice, the easier will be. Thanks for the explanation!

I have started the challenge and face some difficulties with the pole grip as you suggest for the leg lifts. As this is a challenge, I assume one day or anther I will have to learn to do it your way, but at this stage I feel more comfortable with your grip “Veena grip”: kind of twisted “Veena grip”. What do you think? I am very happy with this challenge as it forces me to work both sides:-)
