I have an x-pole, and the large screw at the top seems stuck… Here’s the story: Me and my boyfriend are moving, so we took down the pole last night. Whenever I was turning the big screw at the top (clockwise to loosen), it came down from the ceiling, but now it seems tightened "into" the pole (as in, it doesn’t screw of unscrew freely.)
I’m worried because I don’t know if it will unscrew when we put it up again.
Does anyone know what’s up? I thought it had to do with the large nut on the seem, but I don’t know (I didn’t loosen the nut though, so It could be.)
HELP!! if you know how to fix this problem.
