@JayF1 i have a gym membership, weight train, cardio, just your basic stuff…but never used the muscles i use on the pole…what makes me nervous is (example coming, LOL) that i haven’t done much working out or poling due to the holidays and i tried to pole today and felt like i was sooooooo out of shape…starting from basic almost….what if i get so busy i only pole on weekends….it hurts to start from scratch… i guess i am just being a weenie…. https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_lol.gif
