I know how the finance thing goes…I pay for 2 months have the money for one year, but subscription not up and every single time it's up, something happens and there goes my one year money needing to be used for something else. Anyway…that is similar to Veena's strength routine. This video doesn't actually do them with you like Veena does, and there's no talking or "wrong" demonstrations like she has either. Hope this gets you started until you can get a month or 2 of Veena's lessons.

OH MY!!! YES PLEASE! I would be VERY interested in some shorts to go with my tanks and tshirt. The shorts wouldn't by chance be "sweat-wicking" would they? (anything sweat wicking is usually more expensive, but those are my fav types of shorts because umm once I start sweating even a CAR is out of the question because I'm so wet) Whether they are or aren't I will still buy https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_biggrin.gif

Also not an expert, I have a tendency to pole on consecutive days because that's the way my work schedule works out. But I agree with EmotionCatcher. I don't do the same things 2 days in a row. I make sure I do cool down stretches if not deep stretches. I pushed too hard yesterday and my body has pushed back. Bummer, I just called X-Pole to find out about the sale actually, and I was just told by Carolina that there is no sale, there's just the holiday gift if the order is placed before the 23rd.

This popped up in a forum search I was doing, and with so many new members including myself, I thought it might be fun to revive it.
sexygyrl is actually my email address and has been for over a decade (although now it's one of a few). I had to create an email addy in a hurry and was pretty new to email at the time. A buddy suggested it and I just changed the spelling of girl.

@Jag, in order to post video from iPhone, you have to hook your USB to phone and computer and upload that way. The last 2 clips I uploaded were done that way.
