They took away 13 in total. Where I live there is a great specialist who can treat the beginning stages so you arm doesn’t have to become fully blown up if you catch it on time. That’s why I keep doing what I am doing and just keep a close watch. Probably if I ever get any stage of lymphedema I would stop.

I have been poling for almost two years now. I still keep a close look at my arm, but I am not willing to stop pole because of the changes. I have played with the thought of getting a pressure sleeve. But then I am worried about grip.

mine is in my bedroom. I wanted one in the living room but my ceilings are to high. I normally practice in the evening. or in the morning if I don’t have to work.

One more week of plank. I am so over it, but going to hang in there. Had to have some extra rest days the past 2 weeks because I wasn’t feeling so well.
My bridges are going great. Love the burn in my legs and bum.

she could have handled it way better. Ok you might be lacking some strength, but she could have given you advice on how to work on handstands and get comfy with them and not put you down like that.
Don’t give up and you will get this handstands.

My body is starting to dislike planks. Or maybe it’s me not liking them anymore. But I want to hang in there. I better see some abs when I am done. My bridges are still going great. It’s just the planking ugh

It’s working again. I dropped down to easy. I can’t seem to do more then 3 minutes and my abs start to scream murder. So I go back a bit but I thinks my abs don’t mind.
Did my 65 bridges with my 10lb weight.

Ok so now with the new update my app doesn’t work. Guess I will just do 2 minutes a day. Think that’s good enough. I don’t think I could do 5 anyways.

For me it’s yoga, reading and being creative. Or going to the beach with the family. Ok that last part is not always as relaxing as I would like.

Am I the only one still hanging in there? Today will be day 15. I don’t think I can ever do the 5 minutes of day 30. I probably will drop down to easy one of these days. But I keep on going. Just to the best of my ability. I am also doing the bridge challenge. That gets upped by 5 each day. But that is very doable.

I have been doing the same thing. Leaning away in straight edge. I am working on split grip and would like to hear some tips as well.

I don’t watch full length video’s on Facebook unless it grabs my attention in the first 10 sec. I do watch full length video’s on here or you tube, just because I am actually sitting down and taking the time for it. Facebook I just browse during the day and just don’t always want to spent the time on watching or reading everything.
I enjoy instagram. I like the pole challenges there and it motivates me to try new things.
For full length video’s on youtube I like the dance/flowy kind. don’t have to do one trick after the other.
I personally don’t care if people don’t click like on my video’s and don’t share. I basically post my stuff on Facebook for my family who live half way around the world. I know my parents enjoy watching what i do.

Day 11 145 seconds and I did it. Yesterday at 125 sec I dropped my knees down a few times. But I didn’t see that as failure. I see it as a way to get stronger. But today I held the full 145 sec. I did wiggle my hips here and there but stayed in plank. Omg I got this. Bring on the next day. Oh yeah tomorrow I got you, specially because it will be my rest day 😃

They say ‘what doesn’t kill you, makes you stronger’ I finished day 9, seriously I have been doing this for more then a week? Ok day 9 was 105 sec, day 10 will be 125 and day 11 145? This might just kill me and not make me stronger.

With the bridge is as many as you can do. It’s not timed. I just do it as a regular bridge lift my hips and back down. Lifting one vertebrae at the time.

Ugh my 105 sec were hard. Luckily I get to do it two more days before going to 125 secs. I also started the bridge challenge with a 10lb weight on my pelvic/stomach area to give it an extra challenge. I want a nicer butt.

she is doing fine. She did cancel her fb because she wants to spent lesser time on the internet. In a few weeks she will be moving back to the mainland. There goes my pole sister. So sad 🙁
Here a picture of our last jam session at her house before she shipped out her pole. This was taken on april 6th.
