Some of you are really exited by this resistance stretching method. But a lot just wrote that they bought to book or dvd. So who of you, who did not already replied that this works out for you, had more succes with this method and who of you find this equal to the normal streching or less effective? And what did you buy? The book ofBob Cooley or the DVD of Dara Torres? I could not find very much on the internet, so I would like to know if this would really help me, or if it would be a waste of money
