LOL im not a drinker and had rum here at the house, ill buy some vodka and give that a try to see if it makes any difference. Is mighty grip like a chaulk?

Hey Veena, I did, I actually dont know where to buy mighty grip in canada? 
 Do you know if using Rum instead of vodka would affect the outcome of it?

I have tried the home made grip aid, glycerin, water, vodka ( i used rum instead) *maybe using rum is why it doesnt work* but I found it to be slippery?

I would love Option 1, followed by a paper copy when completed! I think this will be wonderful motivation for me. 
 Will there be a “time frame” to complete each level in?

Not sure if I could do a challenge but it would definately keep me motivated to try the moves….and keep me consistent to checking in daily!

Thanks for the reply Fever, great little reminders. I have finished up 2 of the beginners rounds on here and floor work, I just feel so uncoordinated I guess would be the best word. I wish I had someone to show me in person but the closest studio to me is 2 hrs and 25 minutes away so it’s not even an option to consider. I will continue to work at it, I show up most days, some days I do freestlye ( which im unsure how it looks) but I do it on my “Rest” days. Is that okay? Or do you think the body needs full rest days. I also walk at least 5 days a week if not all 7 days. My strength is low and my flexiblity isn’t that of a dancer but it is probably that of an average person. I am plus size and wish I could find more inspiring stories online of plus size dancers, I know they’ve got to be out there! I turn to my pole because it makes me feel good behind closed doors and no one judging me.

Going to write this schedule out and try adding it in. When I miss several days of the 30 day challenges do you recommend continuing where I left off or starting right from day one?

Thank you ladies! I do know everyones journey is different, I was just curious with others. Tonight I did snap a few pics, so in a few months I can hopefully compare. When doing the start here 30 day program should I be trying to do any other programs on here or just follow that one only for 30 days.
