lmaoooo you ladies have me in tears this morning, the acronyms and nick names assigned to our parts or lack there of, sooo funny. the club wear monokini link is priceless. I have a horrific c section scar that runs vertically from pubis to belly button, these will cover perfectly and still leave enough skin to pole…. THANK YOUUUU …
now, if we can locate a site that caters to ibt and big asses, paired, im set! -
rotating the knee definately helps! Even my instructor said’ laura ur extensions look really straight’ lol i feel like im cheating, but hey, good praise is good praise! i will check out that website though.

Thank goodness for rogain or id be a stencil diva daily!

I am dedicated to stretching. I spend an hour daily just on stretching and flexibility. Currently I use your lessons, and I practice the Cooley method. Im very short, sort of gymnast build, muscles just seem bulky. i do weight train, twice a week, opposite my pole days. Id never thought of rotating the knee to appear straight. i will definately try that tonight to see if that makes a difference. Thanks for the lessons, btw. the booty bounce is tonz of fun…hehe

i would also like to know the solution. I am gaining serious muscle, but its bulky. Hamstrings, quads, and my triceps are ridiculous. I am struggling with flexibility, even though i stretch twice daily. my extensions look crooked due to muscle also. How do i lengthen with losing strength?

In fact, i got mom to take an intro class with me at the studio where i train. Since she could barely squat to sit the following day, she can appreciate the sheer strength poling requires. i tell anyone I have dealings with. It is my primary reason for not being free to hang out. ‘ I cant, im poling tonight!’ I refer the people that reply with snide comments to the youtube video of Jenyne Butterfly Wapps. That usually prompts questions that arent stripper related. Educating the dirty minded masses. I do practice as clothed as permissable when the family is around, just to solidify the sport connection in their minds.
