i love everything about my body………………
just not the way my belly looks! i know i have abs under there, i can feel them but i have the Pooch, that hides all my hard work! but i know with a little more work, i will have a smaller Pooch! lol
i have an awesome bum, ( and must be getting better as my B/F has started calling me applebottom) lol, my arms and back and legs.. love them, they show how much work and care i have been putting into my body. my breast, they are small but not too small. i like em cause i can still fit into kids clothing at the age of 27, makes for cheap shopping when buying Tanks, T's and sweaters!! lol
my most fave though, my legs, and bum!

i have the old x-pole and i love her,
she is multi-piece static/spinner, 45mm and no permanent pieces for mounting!! mine is chrome, the only problem i have had… the dome imploded cause i over tighten!
as for x-joints, im not sure, i have not heard good on them as well, cause as i said i have the old X with the threads and not the x-joints.

hey thanks everyone, i went looking for a video and well, when you want something you can never find it, lol i will try the electrical tape and will look into the foot undeez
im more or less looking for something so i can do pirouettes bare foot but not have my whole foot covered so i can still climb, i would use my heels but i love to pole bare foot. the flooring under my pole sucks and it sounds like im passing gas when i try to pirouette and then i get stuck mid pirouette and trip,=(
i was also thinking velcro, the soft part, you can get it with the sticky on back to stick to anything, i was thinking of giving that a try.
oh high heat tape for motorcycle pipes, that's soft but super sticky, hmmmmmmmm i may have to do a few experiments, lol

i have the old school x-pole with the curve dome on top and i love it, its a 1 year and 8 months old i have had no problems with it, knock on wood, lol
my dome is a lil pushed in but that's cause i am so anal on it being up tight, that i tend to over tighten, lol oh and one of my tools broke, now i use a screw driver as a tightening rod, lol

also if you any one has any of these symptoms with your headache, see a doc asap
i had all of these, and what scared me the most and pushed me to go to the er was the loss of feeling in my hands and knees.
Nausea and vomiting
Stiff neck or neck pain
Blurred vision or double vision
Pain above and behind the eye
Dilated pupils
Sensitivity to light
Loss of sensation

i had what i thought was a migraine a few months ago, i had to leave work at 2am and go to the er i was in so much pain and vomiting so bad. the doc that seem me told my b/f i was hard to talk with and that he thought it was just a migraine, but he said that they would hook me up to an IV just in case.
After talking with my doc we came to the conclusion i had had a mini brain aneurysm. so i know what your going through via the pain, i wouldn't wish that on anyone.
