ok so i finally got to the root of the problem as far as getting a usb cable that will fit camera i went to sony.com and ordered the 1 for my cam should be here in 5 5-6 days https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_bounce.gif so as far as mac i dont want to have to mess around w buying specfic mac items as far as printer ect but you say thats not the case? https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_question.gif
ok basically what i need ( im sorry if i am repeating myself but am just nervous about dropping soo much money on something I am not sure about https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_shaking.gif https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_pale.gif https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_scratch.gif ) ok my biggest concerns/proritys for laptop
1)quality I am willing to spend a little more than planned for a good quality/long lasting computor
2) user friendly I am not good (as we all know https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_wink.gif ) w computors ect so I need something easy to understand and that is basically user friendly with uploading videos/editing pictures
3) I need something i can connect an mp3 player to for downloading music and cd burned/dvd player

do you plan on posting anything? i have been trying to get this move for so long and get frustratingly close, but just cant seem to get over the last little bump https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_redface.gif dont worry about bragging you worked hard to learn these moves and we have all known the excitment of landing a move for the first time https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/bom.gif i am still super excited about finally getting jade split (or as close to a split as i can manage) and reverse climb https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_batman.gif i wish there was an advanced class in my area i am hoping to get a web cam (my very first 1 yay!) w new laptop hopefully joining in on pole jams w cam will help me acheive moves ( w the help of you wonderful people https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_biggrin.gif ) https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_DJ.gif

kerrie ya that woul be great if i could check out that dvd you were talking about I work 3rd shift so i have seen the infomercial about p90x mnay times looks so hard! great results though i did do a good stretching dvd this morning it says its pilates, but i found it challenged my flexibility more than my core it made me ralize my muscles esp in my legs are really tight i knew my hams were, but didnt realize i need to put in more effort to gain flexibilty in my whole leg/lower back i also think i can help you out w a dvd you said you were a beginner/intermediate? what moves are you trying to work on now? i have a few dvds on pole work a couple i am not using anymore ( i keep them for friends and hopefully future students https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_biggrin.gif ) that i could let you borrow just want to make sure i give you 1 that is at your level ( have 3 very advanced ones and a couple that are real basic and 2 that are in between those )

i was wandering how you got the job dancing at the club? I struggle w the butterfly/ext butterfly myself I have done them both more than once, but can’t always manage it I do it from the I beleive it’s called half-handspring, but might be half-cartwheel mount into butter/ext. butter. I havent really tried it from crucifix will have to give that way a try and just keep practicing the other way just like in most moves you have to experiment with hand position til you find what feels secure/comfortable for you good luck! https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_cheers.gif

someone else said i should check out craigslist but i am so nervous about dropping 500+ on something and not having a warranty or some guarentee that a 6mos or a year from now if something goes wrong i’m just stuck with it 500-600 is alot for me esp right now as have lost some hrs at work (good ol economy) my friend said i should go to best buy but i have had nothing but problems w them as far as trying to get somewhere posting vids (they keep selling me things that dont work for either my cam or comp even though i bring in all the info) well thanks for the idea i will def take it into consideration https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_thumleft.gif

i am still trying to get this my goal was to stretch everyday but since you need to be pretty warmed up to properly stretch it doesnt happen that often i average strtching 3-4x week I am looking for a good dvd on stretching i have very tight hamstrings well just keep at it it takes time but more flexibilty really helps with dances, inverts ect https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_thumright.gif
