    lmao ty PA 🙂 im pretty sure ive passed the slight mark since ive been ingnoring it for some time, its gotten slightly better in the few weeks ive been off tho so gonna continue resting it for much longer. im glad there are other things i can focus on in the meantime!

    i have heard those hamstrings are stubborn!! looks like ill be staying away from leg flex moves on the pole..jade..jallegra etc. :/ i guess i can focus more on back, hips, and shoulder flexibility tho! at least all is not lost lol thnx for ur response!!

    thnx guys! i took a few weeks completely off the pole to try to heal it but when i got back on the pole a simple hellicopter invert made it pull a little again..ugh

    i have the old brass and had to powdercoat it it became slick in the cold, it does also have the brass smell but only noticed it on my hands not body. let it be noted i have the old brass not the new, the new is supposed to b high polished for better grip so if LL says its good i believe her! personally wanting to try the 40 chrome and 40 new brass. i want to try them all

    i like both! without shoes is def easier and i have become a little better at sexy so now i like that too, but i still love dancing barefoot also

    yes life def happens, i wont be able to do many tricks soon beause of the pregnancy so i know i will lose alot of progress! but thats just the more determination to get it back.  also skype is a great idea, i need to do that, never have but want to, i dont have a web cam yet, but one day i will skype with some awesome veeners!

    i dont think i really have a routine…i just pole when i can and when i really want to. having a list of moves helps and now that i like freestyling, finding a great song will make me want to pole
