ok will do chem, thank u for ur help! and yes that cap screw had fallen down into the x joint, so that was it, then with the wiggling of the pole, it made its way out of the joint and fell. what a relief tho!

well my husband got the bearing out and its all fine, also he says that screw is from the inside of the cap! huh all problems solved!

thats exactly what x pole told me to do chem, but what i wonder is why it came out, i didnt loosen those 3 screws on the bearing…my husband tightened them up i remember him telling me ot keep those tight. i believe it got twisted when i went to take it out and it turned, i guess i didnt tighten the X screws for spin mode all the way, my husband says he can fix it, so im glad abt that and xpole said i didnt ruin anything, so what a relief! however a screw did fall from somewere as when the pole cam out, i saw it right in the middle of the base on the floor. they told me to send them a pic that screw.

ok thanks webmaster, i didnt want to bother until i found out if this was a real problem. but i think since my pole just came out of the cone that goes into the base, im pretty sure there is a problem 🙁

ok i think that is the prob, i DID tighten the x screws to take it off spinny, but when i went to take it out it still moved a bit i remember thinking i kno i tightened those screws why did it just turn, so pole came out with much effort a little bit then stuck, wont budge! and it wont slide back in either :/ now what do i do??

i just barely got the aerial TG last night. that took me abt 5 months. ive been poling for almost 6 months, began workin on the TG abt after a month after i got my pole. i had done zero other exercise besides pole up to this past month i started yoga. for me one day i had a really good grip going on that helped me get it, practicing pole in general gave me enuf upper body strength to get it! while my upper body strength is there, there r days when my slippery grip will prevent a good TG :/

i will b getting a breast lift, i am happy with my As believe it or not lol but breastfeeding has left them a little droopy :/ i like perky little things haha i wonder how that recovery will b for poling, idk if there r more incisions etc. anyone polers out there who hav had just a lift???

ok i need a kit i get SO tired of my polish chipping the very next day, very annoying, and i cant see paying for fake nails and the upkeep is too much maintenance for me!
