    every monday,wednesday,thursday, and saturday i have a training for cheerdance and contemporary dance and within that day i am pretty sure that i improve my flexibility but a week after, monday i do my middle split and it happens that i can’t even open my legs wider because it badly hurts. what should i do? i think i lost my flexibility
