I have to do half moons on my gel polish or re-do every week because I get about a 1/4 inch growth in that time, if I left my nails a month they would be too long to type with!

I wouldn't reccomend sanding unless you have a stainless steel pole most everything else is a coating and you could do more harm then good.

I have a horse farm and have to spend a bit of my day everyday outside. I just sunblock the heck out of myself since I don't like to have a tan anywhere any more.

lets see as an 80's child if I want to do hot and steamy its either going to When doves cry or Pour some sugar on me. If my Zune wasn't at the studiio I have a ton of 80's stuff on there.

thanks sweetpeach I will do that. We have started classes and so far it is going well 🙂 poles go up next week and that will be even more fun. I am the staff currently.

my mother in law is in New Bern! But of course doesn't pole. But I'd be interested in what you find out about pole studio's in the area.

that is why i used to do vintage half moon's so you couldn't see the grow out 🙂 since I do pinup and burlesque it works well with my style.
