I didn't have any trouble telling my family from the get go. I do avoid talk of it at work because I work with men who act like they are about 13 and just don't need the headache. Everyone in the family has been pretty cool about it other then my super prude sister. But she doesn't approve of ANYTHING I do other then maybe my riding horses. Do NOT take St Johns wort if you use birth control pills as your form of birth control it pretty much renders them ineffictive.

I like greek yogurt.

I just got a reciepe for protien bars using my Arbonne protein powder that I'm going to give a try. BTW for those that are vegan Arbonne's protein powder and drinks are vegan as are all their products and glutten free. If you want more info message me, I'm a consultant for Arbonne.

I've used body strings they are fun! I've also used leg garter strings (the strings are attached to a  leg garter I had them on in my Jamaica performance but not to hold my shoes on) and I have also just bought ribbon that matched my outfit and used it to wrap shoe and ankle together, easy fun and cheap. Those clear things look awesome too and I might just have to get some for my clear shoes.

I had a great time at the car show and met some wonderful people had hundreds of pictures taken of me I didn't win the online or the day of show but it was a great experince!

its totally possible to change the color of the pole. Last year there was a guy on facebook "pinking" everyones pole pics with a pink pole for breast cancer awareness.

I have the vaulted ceiling adapter as well, because I do have a vautled ceiling, love it and am seriously considering using that set up in my studio when i open it.
