ugh I suck at climbing silks. But it took me several years to learn to climb the pole so I will get there someday I'm sure. But I actually like hammock more then straight silks.

google + has huge privacy issues and be aware that if you have a gmail account they have most likely already set an account up for you whether you wanted it or not. there was an article on msnbc about all its issues the other day.

Looking good! One what I think might have been a typo is in the about me after your talking about being in a compition you say that pole isn't for skinny girls, I think you might have meant "isn't just for skinny girls".

My second favorite is the one my chiro uses but grrr I can't remember the name and its not in stores (neither is the Arbonne, its a product line I sell) I love arnica for bruises.

yep all the strength in the world will not help you if you don't have a grip. I struggled for years with my stainless steel pole even last night I couldn't get a grip on it, so went over to my chrome and volia all of a sudden I could pole without a ton of grip aids that I have to use on my stainless steel.
However I will also say it took me years to do a inverted V!!!!

hmmm I had no problem getting it I preordered it the minute it went up for sale and it shipped on the day it said it would. Now if only it was so easy to do the tricks, but I knew going in I wouldn't be able to do most of it but I'm a pole DVD junkie.

You don't want to push it and end up like me with lifetime non reversable nerve damage. Take the time to heal, work on some floorwork or things that don't agravate the arm, when it heals start back slow but you will be surprised at how fast it comes back.
