this reminds me to revisit this move…charley almost had me in it a year ago and I chickened at the last minute just the cross foot not the drop. Charley's remi drop at the MWPC was awesome.

you were asking the best way of finding out about competitions and we answered you. As of yet there isn't a one stop for all your pole events listing but Veena does list a lot of them.

There were a few places where a little more verbal cueing would have helped but overall they are a quality dvd. Much better then the one I have from BeSpun (sorry that countdown clock makes me nuts) at least this one I can see doing! Going to alertnate with the pure splits. but not tomorrow having oral surgery and will be on drugs lol

the brass is a new product for xpole. I love my chrome from them and was thinking about a brass beacuse usually they are so grippy but that doesn't seem to be the case with xpole..:(

Music while not really my fav is a lot better then elevator music on most stretching dvd's. I'm going to do the Stretching for pole one today 🙂

Everything was freaking great, the people, the performers. Mary Ellyn did a fantastic job and her staff was wonderful. I was working Alethea' and Karols table most of the day so didn't get to talk with as many people as I would have liked but had a blast working the table as well.

I love the look, I'd be more apt to do it to a pair of shoes I don't pole in because I'd be afraid of scratching the pole 🙁

I agree with Chem, research Dr's carefully I have seen way too many botched jobs by supposedly "good" drs. I tend to like the look of ones implanted under the muscle and for an active person slightly smaller is going to be more comfortable then larger. My niece actually had a very good set (lol) they were done under the muscle and actually look pretty darn natural. they move nicely with her and are right for her frame. She is 5'11 over 200lbs and a D. she had them done at 21 because she was a c on one side and a A on the other. I have a friend who had hers done and they are not the same size and one is too far to the outside of her body and the other to far into the middle of her body and one nipple points up and one down. https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_surprised.gif and she paid for the "pleasure" of having them look like that. https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_confused.gif

have you had your Thyroid levels checked? Soy is bad for those with a sluggish Thyroid, slows it even more….
