The ones at S factor are not presure mounted they are perm mounted. Or at least they are in LA and San Fran.

I'd want to make it to the celebrity round just so I could accidently put a stiletto in Howard Sterns head 🙂
on a more serious note (ok well I was also serious about wanting to put a stiletto in HS's head too) good luck and most of all HAVE FUN!

I haven't really played with it much it isn't a pose I really like.

I totally agree Veena.

oh it should be noted I have the DRIEST skin on earth. I could literally slather myself in oil and in minutes its totally soaked in and within an hour I'm getting flaky again. I rarely sweat. I clean stalls in jeans and a tshirt in 85 degree temps and never break a sweat. Humidity is my friend not foe. So I'm a bit odd lol.

I use corn huskers everywhere in winter inculding my hands. Or did lately my grip aid of choice has been . Even on my hands but I always keep corn huskers here as well. And in my purse, just in case lol.

I love Jillian's Shred and her Ripped. Good solid workouts that you can make harder by getting deeper into your movements and using heavier weights as you move up. Hubby and I do them together, or should say did and are getting back into it. They are between 20-24 minutes long which is a lot easier to fit into your day. If we are having a "off" feeling day we do an easier one or if my shoulder is hating on me we do one that doesn't have as much plank moves.

my male jack walked into my foot as I was doing a spin, now if I go to the pole he runs to the sofa or into the bedroom lol. The kids not so much.

from the amount of cats/dogs I see in vids I'm pretty sure your not alone. My problem is getting my kids off the pole.

if you find anyone in your search for your lite that has the older style, let me know that is what I want.

"The only thing i walked away from this is Nymph said she danced on Mr. Dicky's pole! How did his compare to the other two? Was it the same diameter! Firm and solid or wiggly? Did his pole slip out of the hole like ps pole did?"
Mr Dickie is the stage pole used by Gravity Plays favorites 🙂 It is a 50mm or 2 inch pole and no his pole doesn't slip out of the hole, the pole itself is pretty solid but he is kind of a light weight for any spins with force! And I would dance on it again in a heartbeat!

MemberJanuary 5, 2012 at 9:13 pm in reply to: Platinum Stages and X-Pole Side By Side Demoopps I left out the other stage pole I have danced on 🙂 Mr Dickey!!!!!! That is the name of the one that gravity plays favorites uses and I got to play on it one day. Short pole, small stage a bit tipy with spins. No spin mode. But I had a freaking awesome time on it!!!!

MemberJanuary 5, 2012 at 9:06 pm in reply to: Platinum Stages and X-Pole Side By Side DemoI have danced on both a PS stage pole and an xpole older style stage pole. I personally prefered the Xpole. The PS stage pole felt very wobbly and it seriously felt like it was going to tip when I did a simple fireman spin. I'm not large, not petite either. At that time I was about 150. I also didn't like how the panels moved under my feet. The X stage I think is noisy but at least it felt more stable.
The only PS regular pole I've danced on had ridges where the poles came together. I own a lil Mynx and a X-pole.
