Brilliant! He must have more bruises from 'falling off' then we all do!

I have a rather small bust so like to pole in my trusty push up bra, however to keep me 'safe' I put my sports top/bra over the top. That way I still look bigger and have a nice shape, but don't have to worry about falling out 😀

Is it the same reason you continued?I attended a few pole classes in 2010 as a new studio had opened up where I lived in England. I have a background in gymnastics and performing arts and thought poling would be a new way to continue the gymnastic side of phys. I gave up the classes mid 2010 as I was getting married and had too much to do after work on an evening, and didn't particularly want the bruises that come with poling on my big day!
Shortly after getting married we moved to Germany with the forces. I'd always told my hubby he should buy me a pole, but other, more important purchases had to be made first. Then he suprised me this year by ordering a pole for me during his deployment. Have to say it's been the best thing he ever bought me as it's given me something to really get my teeth into and to keep me entertained whilst he's away. Definitely looking forward to 'performing' for him in person when he gets back 😀
Love how poling has made me stronger and more flexible in such a short period of time, whilst being soooooo fun. It really has to be one of the best ways to exercise!
