The value of something is determined by what someone is willing to pay. Sold it yesterday for $500 cash. 🙂

While that is a GREAT DEAL on the west coast, I’m on the east coast, selling a barely used original X-Pole Stage Pole Original. 50mm. $600 pick up only NYC/LI.

Tiffany has had on and off health issues. I have ordered from her without issue and had excellent communication. She’s on Facebook too, so there are other ways to contact her. Her shoes are amazing.

I’m on Long Island, just outside of NYC. I teach at a studio called Body Mind and Pole. It’s beautiful, has one 40mm and the 7 other poles are 45s. I know we could pole jam there for the cost of renting the studio hours….thoughts? http://www.bodymindpole.net

I am subscribed but I totally agree with those who are looking for more advanced lessons. While I realize there’s a lot of work that goes into planning vid lessons, it’s also a matter of competition with the other popular online site. SV is def a better buy than the other site, but advanced girls need a reason to stay here.

There is a very inspirational woman on FB named Roz Mays. She is a fabulous plus size pole dancer at Body and Pole in NYC and we all think she is just fabulous. If you need to feel good about yourself NOW and what you’ll be able to do SOON, check her out.

I’m not sure why someone’s height enters into the choice of a pole, but it speaks to the point that pole is personal. It’s a matter of what you like and what feels good to your body. Try out various sizes and then buy…

The studio where I teach has 45mm and a 40mm. I learned on 50mm. There is nothing I can’t do on a 40mm that I could do on a 50mm. There is a little less pole for leg grips, but your hand (especially if you have small hands) can get an excellent, secure grip on a 40mm. Also, from years of poling, I was beginning to develop wrist pain. The 40mm (which I also have at home now) has enabled me to abolish the pain and keep advancing. Competitions in the US are still on 45mm, so factor that into your decision.
