    It’s called the Teddy. That’s what they call it at the studio I used to go to. Most moves have different names and I’m really bad at keeping track!😋

    Hugs Veena. Take your time and heal properly. I’ve fallen off this challenge. The moves are hard! Lol. I doubt I’ll be able to catch up, but I’m loving everyone’s videos.

    Here’s my update for February. Gotta admit that I didn’t dedicate as much time to stretching as I would have liked. I see no difference but that’s ok, just gotta try harder and hope for improvements next month.

    Just posted Day 1… And omg this was difficult. Yes. Leg waves were difficult! I couldn’t control my legs…sheesh!

    I went on my 1st run of the year. My GPS app wasn’t working so I don’t know how many miles. But it was 51 minutes. I thought I could come home and stretch and pole…but I felt more stiff than ever!

    This is really awesome! My workout sessions are all over the place! Do you work on every section each time you work out? And what do you consider conditioning and transitions?

    So I’ve been pretty good about my practice. I think doing the #svpolebasics has helped in keeping me motivated. I’ve also been practicing my handstands & splits stretching. I’ve just not been good at posting on here!
    My practice today will focus all on my opposite side – eeek!

    Hey there! I had a lazy day as well. I did some light stretching & used my foam roller but man I’m so sore from yesterday. So today was all about football & laundry. Back at it tomorrow though 🙂

    My goals for 2015 are:
    -Invert smoothly
    -Shoulder Mount
    -Flow/Freestyle (I suck like no ones business!)
    -Superman
    -Cupid
    -Handstand without a wall, without kicking into it
    -Splits…any one of them. I’m also following the 2015 thread here and posted my starting off pictures.
    -Yoga more consistently.
    -Complete a challenge…I love IG challenges, but have never completed one.
    -Run more. I have a jar where I’m keeping track of my miles. I hate cardio but my lungs & heart need it. I need the stamina to last on the pole.

    So yesterday was my first real practice/workout of the year and I was so excited. I did it all and think I over did it. I am so sore, I’ve been using the foam roller. I need to figure out a schedule where I don’t over it.
