Thank you charlie marie ill look into the fitness blender right now. I think ill have to get into fitness slowly cause like you when I start back i go in it full on and then something happens and it takes me a little while to get back into it.

Sorry to hear that blondbird, hopefully the physiotherapist will give you more answers. My sister has the same thing and fibromyalgia but her dr suggested a nerve stimulater im not sure if they have that in the UK. You could always ask.

I am thinking more of doing the private lessons first a couple times then doing a class.

thank you Veena and Hellcat, I cant wait to get started at the gym, I just need to start eating a little more healthy then what i do, I have cut down on soda a lot so i guess that’s a good thing. i been sick for a couple days already so hopefully i feel better tomorrow or the next day and then i can exercise again.I’ll update next week to let everyone know how everything is going.

There’s also x stage, which is a stage pole. Probably would be better for your place, there expensive but it would be worth it.

I have a X-pole and it don’t need no mount unless you have slanted ceilings, X-pole is more pressure to the ceiling and floor, with X-pole you tighten the pole up where a beam would be then your good to go. No drilling anything.

i should of asked if your talking about the flow drill if you are its under routines and combos. the flow program i believe is under nailed it

I agree with phoenix on this one, if you fall there really isn’t a good exit strategy, that’s why when you practice a move stay low to the floor and once you know you can do it go higher up the pole. Do you have a crash mat? If you do that might help with the fear of being upside down.

Just seen the calendar, since I don’t have my pole up any suggestions on what I can do to replace knee tucks?

I want to start this tomorrow, do I do all the exercises in the video every day for 30 days? Or Do I do knee tucks for day 1, then the next exercise for day 2 and so on?
