I did resistant band workout, some pole work. I haven’t been on the pole for a couple months cause my pole was out of place and my niece moved my hex keys and finally told me where she put them, I had a couple teeth pulled on each side of my mouth a week ago, so finally felt up to exercise.

Eiskairhon can you let me know how you like the brass when you try it? Thank you

I was actually wondering the same thing about the 2 finishes,I was thinking of getting the new xlock pole powder coated or the brass or chrome, not sure yet. I have heard good things about powder coated and brass. I really did like the chrome compared to my titanium gold

The thing I like about a stage pole is you can take it pretty much any where.

I would love this, I loved how you did the live broadcasts before.
-
you would need a vaulted ceiling adapter, There are different ones for different poles that i have seen. so if you have an xpole you can go to there site or type in vaulted ceiling adapter from the web browser.

Hi, i havent been on the pole for 3 months but been on and off for years, consistency is key. Veena has the 30 day take off which will build your strength. I do get discourage to but im sure a lot of people that pole do. dont give up and dont compare your progress with someone elses. Consistency is key.
I moved and been busy but going to get my pole up tomorrow, im going to get on the pole again.
good luck to you

Keep having fun with your pole journey.

webmaster, I was told that there is a cord that plugs into the phone and can be plugged into the HDMI port…not sure what its called. Its just like when i hook my laptop up to my HDMI, but for my phone. Do you think i should buy one or do you think it would be a waste of money? If i buy one would i even be able to watch the lessons cause of video playback?

Thanks webmaster, I can view the site on my xbox one and watch the lessons through the web browser it has. Im just not sure if i can add the studioveena app to my xbox. I might have to get the lessons through the site again cause watching the routines on my phone its kinda hard to follow along.
