I will post a video tonight, I’m pretty flexible and have a beautiful spinning helicopter….just tried the knee tuck yesterday and couldn’t stretch my legs! Yes I have the alethea Austin DVDs I use them all the time. I may talk to my doctor because my knees literally lock i hate it and it’s not just the knee tuck that it affects!

Thank you for checking into my order, and giving me some clarity. I’ve only made contact once with you guys through email and she told me on Monday they would send it out shortly. Nothing was mentioned about items weren’t available or anything, and we have not been in “constant contact” what so ever. No one has contacted me since. Nor have a got a refund for the items I paid for that weren’t available. So right now I’m lost, hopefully my items will arrive soon, and if some are not there I’m hoping to get my money back for the ones that couldn’t be purchased. Thanks 🙂

I didnt have the pain in my hand I got it in between my shoulders whenever id invert so I had to stretch my spine and work on my posture but I had the pain for about 7 months then it went away after I fixed my posture. It could be the way your grabbing the pole, I really dont know. Sorry I cant help you, hopefulley someone can

I spend about 14 hours a week. Im crazy about poling, everyday I warm up, work out, stretch then condition. Takes about 2-2 1/2 hours everyday sometimes 3 lol…then if I want I just freestyle
