    Bahahah, Katana! That's amazing!

I once tried to make pasta whilst drunk when I'd gotten home.. I can't recall exactly what happened, but the evidence pointed to me grating cheese and pouring pasta sauce into the butter container.. and waking up in bed next to a saucepan of plain pasta on my pillow.

@Chem- I can't believe strawberry milk helps you!! A few years ago I thought it would help me.. Nope nope and nope. I now make a point of not having milk at all when hungover!! :O

I have minimal to no hangover- even if I polish off a whole bottle of vodka, or rum.. or whiskey…. anyway- haha. AS LONG as I drink at least a litre of water before going to sleep. If, however, I get to drunk and forget this.. It's a rough day. But 9/10 times I recall, and it's ll hunky dory. 🙂

    God, I love drinking. 🙂

    Ahh, all good Chem.
Realistically, though, ANY competitor in an olympic event would have huge schedules of training though. I don't know if it's really right to say one is harder than another.

Back on topic, though.. Loved the BSB videos. I hope one year I'll have the guts to do one. I just feel such a fool whenever I attempt anything sexy >.<

Thank you Miraine! Shall be doing your ones in but a few minutes! 😀
I seem to have pretty decent lower back flex- naturally and from doing straight arm cobras. Never tried the bent arm ones, shall do that! My shoulders/upper back are HORRIBLE at flexy. Ergh. The pain! Have only started stretching them this month though. Eep.

Keen! But.. In Australia, so also expensive shipping.. and also, I have NO idea how to move my butt even remotely like that! How basic/broken down is the tuition? I'd really need 'super duper butt moves broken down' instructions.. 😐

Thanks for the update Sensual. As I've now had a (massive) blood clot in my groin/thigh/leg, I can't be on the regular pill anymore. The main reason for being on it was to control/know when (pretty much to the hour!) my periods were to happen, and if inconvient timing, I could skip them for a month or two. Basically, my only option now is an IUD (mirena).. but if it's causing spotting/bleeding anyway.. I don't want to risk that.  I have a.. ahh.. huge issue/psychological thing with periods.. i.e. I find them shameful, hugely.
I tried a pill that didn't have estrogen in it, and I would have one week of period, then one week not, then one week of period, etc. So, that wasn't a keeper.  (Even typing this is hard!!)
Also, I've not had children… and I'm ok with pain (Aren't all polers!?) but I'm worried that it's perhaps not a great idea for me. Argh. Freaking lady problems!! 😐

Anything and everything! I'm more for a sublte look..kinda.. but.. not always (helpful, I know >.<) I am REALLY fussed on products which test on animals or not not, though. SO if you could do tutorials with products that are all animal friendly.. YES! PLEASE! 😀

As a make-up n00b in general, I would LOVE this.. daily/weekend make-up tutorials would be GREATLY appreciated. -Particularly those that don't involve fake lashes, I have nice lashes of my own and don't need to exaggerate them! (my one good feature!!)

My pole does this also..I wrapped sticky tape over the hex keys and just avoid that area.. I would prefer it 'normal' though..

I'd LOVE to hear how these workj for you! But, I also was told by my instructor that I didn't need my gloves (half finger) anymore, as I forgot my gloves to take to class, and I did notice a huge difference in my grip. I'm going to order tite grip this week, and will see how that goes. But I do highly suggest using no gloves at home- if you have a pole (and a spotter for invert moves). The grip difference from gloves to no gloves is crazy! But, sweaty hands SUCK! argh. Nice to see another sydney sider:D

Pole has changed me a lot. I used to be A LOT more self conscious than I am now. Nowadays, yeah I'm fat..but I have tone, you can see I have muscles/tone, and hell.. I'll beat anyone that criticises me by plank competition any day-sipping a cider while I do so!! I needed that confidence, and am so happy for it.

On the standing taller thing, I REALLY wish I did.. but I don't.. call me crazy.. >.< but my head/neck hang as I'm always looking down to make sure I'm not  walking on ants, lizards, bugs of any kind, etc. It bums me out as I want better posture, but I don't want to kill or harm something else just for that. Argh. >.< Mayhaps I just need to work on lowering my gaze..

Not a helpful post, but good luck. I can only pole in the mornings at my place, it gets full sun in the afternoon and is impossible to pole in after that hits. Fingers crossed you get a solution. A good fan? Portable air con? Anything??

OH oh oh! Posted too soon, I'm SUPER keen and saving hard to get Veena lessons! I need plain and simple breakdowns for teaching, (dancing does NOT  come naturally to me!!!! And as far as I'm aware, Veena breaks it down SO well!!! I need/want that!)

Try to stretch often. I started out stretching for a year 4-5 times a week for 30 minutes- aim was to get floor splits, I can send you a chart of what I did if you like, if worked well..  Then I got Alethea Austins DVDs and use them 3-4 times weekly.
I poled once a week for many months, then saved and bought my own pole and then did two pole sessions a week- one at home, one in class. Worked up to 3-4 sessions a week.
Lately I've been in a massive slump, but I still go into my pole room 3 or so times a day, and do a V invert 2-4 times each side. Even it's just whilst waiting for my toast to pop, I always do some v-inverts daily, as well as one climb (two to three optimal) to the top of the pole. Even these little daily efforts, I find make a huge difference.
