In Itunes you can select the option for it to be converted to MP3 format.  Then you can find the file for wmm as well.  Ive done that a few times.

Just out of curiosity – what about android phones? Im tempted to get lessons since Veena does show things that my studio doesnt offer.  That way I cant feel bad for myself not being able to pole when my husband works late or im at my daughters cheer practice and need to train.

I cant tell you  how much I can relate to that.  I have 2 kids (2 and 6), and they basically run my life.  My oldest has cheer 2 practices a week plus a game on Saturdays.  Then we have Girl Scouts once a week.  I get them both right after work – mostly b/c I have no choice, one gets out of school and the other ones daycare contract states I have to get him by 4p.  On top of that my husband works a job where just b/c the office closes at 430p doesnt mean he gets off work at that time. There are some nights its almost 10p before he gets home.  Plus I dont like having him watch me work out – its SUPER CREEPY!  Plus I like to yell at my Wii from time to time when I work out.

What makes matters worse for me is my pole isnt at home – its in my moms laundry room.  We dont have the room for it so it stays over there.  So its not like I can put my kids to bed and start poling, theres an extra 20min involved before I even get to see a pole.  I do attempt to go take a class once a week but judging by my schedule some weeks, its nearly impossible.  Plus I have to start training for a competition in February, and I cant even find time for that.

What ive tried to do is when my  husband isnt home and when the kids are in bed is workout with the Wii.  I have EA Sports Active 2 for the Wii, I like it for the most part but there are some exercises my body just cant handle.  Im also afraid of doing jumps at home b/c of my fear of knocking everything off the walls.  I also try and stretch alot of as well.  If I dont have to bring my son to my daughters cheer practice, I will try and do some training (push ups, crunches, running etc) since im there for 90min.  Im working on maximizing my time for working out.

heres my thing, IMO old fashioned watch what you eat, work out and drink water is the best diet ever!  Im a big believer in that method for many reasons – formula hasnt changed, the results are permament than other diets.  Yeah it may take longer but losing 1-2lbs a week is perfect weight loss.

https://www.studioveena.com/users/view/bc9a8ce2-d89d-11df-ab19-12313b090e12 – your totally right about it being a sore spot.  I joined Mary Kay in 2006, and I got so much crap for it all the way up until I was done in 2010.  Im now more of a yes, hubby kind of wife.  Avoid confrontation as much as possible.

I want to have a teacher cert under my belt but the only time you can do one around here is done by that studio- so id have to be hired.  I want to do climb and spin but its alot of money to put up.  I do want to do Angels cert as well.  I think she provides alot of great info that sometimes doesnt get talked about.

Ive dont want to give into the urgency.  I have alot going on in my life so I cant really put thinking about it on my top list.  Between the earthquake and hurricane, the thought has been put off.

I think for me im ready for a new change.  I like the job of have due to the people I work with. Im already in line for a promotion (im just waiting for the other person to quit/get fired which ever comes first) and we are opening and new dealer next door to us and I will be doing accounting for both dealers.  Im just tired of the same routine (up at 4a, work by 6a, off at 3p to get the kids, help with homework, clean, cook, take oldest to cheer, in bed by 11-12p and repeat 5 days a week).  Im also ready for a new challenge as well.

Yes, im talking about the OM Xpose.  I just was trying to be very generic about it since I dont want to give out details that arent meant to get out, KWIM?

We (as in the clients – they offered us the opportunity first before they really sell it) were informed due to the owners personal reasons she has to leave.  We all know that can be a broad amount of things.

I would have to quit my current job to run the studio ( there all classes from 10a to 7p Mon-Fri and 9a to 3p on Sat).  I would also commit to being there for at least a year – that I can totally understand.  They want some one there for the long haul.  If this fails, im SOL big time.  I dont think I could get my current job back (im a title clerk for a car dealer) but I could find another dealer to work with. That is the scariest part of making this decision.

I didnt ask for all the monthly numbers, I just wanted to get some initial info before I really started asking for more and looking for $ to fund it.  I have NONE of that money they are asking for. I can put my car up for collateral for the loan but thats it.  This is a franchised studio and they are willing to waive the transfer fee to sweeten the deal to the potential buyer.

Im not really to make a quick decision, Im still weighing out all my options.  I actually talked to a good friend of mine who owns a franchised tanning salon (funny thing is we were both born on the same day) and asked her what its like for her.   She brought up a good point, sometimes she does misses on alot of things b/c she has to work late since folks wont show/call out etc and shes very lucky she has a support system to help her out.  She brought up some very good points.  I think if im going to run and operate my own studio, I want more control on what I get to do.  There arent  alot of guest workshops, fun group outings and other things I would want to do with a studio.  So I may just pass on this for now.  I should just focus on my pole stuff and my personal accomplishments before I bring a full business into it.

Im Minicoopergrl on Skype.  Im usually on Wed nights while im in the pole cave.  Im also on when I get home too but im not poling or anything – mostly chasing after my kids lol.

The chat room would be the best idea if you want to do a big jam b/c in order to do that with Skype you have to have the group calling feature. I think theres a fee that comes with the group calling though.

I try to be relaxed when I meet them b/c I dont want to mouth diarehea when I talk to them.   Everyone is very laid back and more than happy to sign something for your or take a photo.  I remember asking Felix to sign my shoe and she was all about it.

On the reverse side, when people meet me for the first time I get super excited!  I try to keep myself contained so I dont look like a crazy person.  I also make sure I thank them for watching my vids and finding me.  I do try to make sure I spend time with people and give them anything I can give them – pole advice, hugs, chat etc.  Its one of the things ive learned from selling Mary Kay for so long.
