I have an idea of how he got into that trick. I lean towards what chumpchkin said and a trick that I (kinda sorta…I did it once) trick that I learned from Michelle Stanek. Here's my attempt: http://www.facebook.com/photo.php?fbid=3724091858825&set=t.100003662366868&type=3&theater He's doing the same side leg and shoulder though. So if I somehow magically extended my top leg (Michelle could, it was awesome) I think I would create enough tension to let go with the other hand.
Getting into it is a twisted grip top hand/cup grip bottom hand shoulder mount.

Your post made me stop and think about how long I've been natural. It's been a long time, lol. (over 10 years) I suppose that your hair's need for product would vary by person. For example, I wash my hair with Tre'semme. That's all I do. You might just have to do a little trial and error. One thing I did find that I liked, though, was from Knotty Boy. They have conditioning spray for locs. I just thought they smelled good. Good luck in your journey! 🙂

I'm sorry that I don't know the answer but I had to tell you that I snorted when I read this. First because you said stretching peens and then second because I imagined some dude actually doing it. Even my hubby laughed. https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_mrgreen.gif

I’d like a couple 45s in your studio too, yogabeachbabe! 🙂

I too loved P90X. I found that it helped my pole strength quite a bit. Stick with it! I know you'll be pleased with the results. 🙂

Thanks, all! I"ll have to loosen the old girl up and see if she wants to spin. 🙂

I teach a mixed level class, but it is specified in our class description that, for this class, you bring moves that you've seen/heard of and want to work on and I'll assist with it. It isn't so much a structured class like our level classes are. After warmup, I make rounds around the room taking turns assisting students.
When in doubt, ask the studio! 🙂 Good luck!

TOTALLY ORDERED! Can't wait on so many levels! Finally, I'll be able to represent at my studio, lol. 🙂 Thanks!

I agree that it'll be different for everyone and I think that some of it has to do with how fit you were before surgery. When I had mine done in 2008 (holy crap, it's been 4 years already!), I had under the muscle silicone. I took pictures and video to my surgeon so he would know the activities I was engaged in. (I was also doing circus stuff at the time.) He told me 6 weeks. Longest six weeks of my life! And even still, I probably could've waited another 2 to be extra safe.

@Paulette: You do have a virus on your system. (I worked for an anti-virus company.) Like Webby said, no antivirus will ever be perfect. Viruses are to the computer as the flu is to humans. Even if you get a flu shot, it's for a few strains of the flu but you could still get another and still get sick. Same applies to the computer.
All that being said, if you have Norton, you should have some support from them. They don't happen to be the company I worked for, so I don't want to give you any instruction that might cause harm to your computer. Hope they can help you. 🙂

Kind thanks, Lyme. You'll be there before you know it!! 🙂

I was wondering about this myself. I see a lot of pictures of the extended butterfly but mine doesn't quite look the same. I don't think it makes it wrong, per se, but I'd like to hear an opinion or ten. 🙂
It's my profile pic.
Thanks!

Hahaha! I’m such a space cadet at times. *reprimands self* Tell people what you actually have (chrome), not what you’re imagining/wishing for. 😀
