And as for the last comment I have to day that I actually never told anyone at work what I do. I work with a personal friend of mine who blabbed it. It happens. I have never really reacted to them. I won’t. I work in a professional setting. I ignore it. Still. Never seems to get old.

I am not sure how my post came off to you Pancake, but you completely missed my point. That is ok. Also, your whole scuba diving analogy, that happens with every client I do actually. Different hobby or sport. I do listen and don’t get bored. It comes with the territory. Stylists are therapists as well. I know lots of info about random things. I don’t feel it is my job to “preach” pole. I just don’t feel like saying I do pole fitness covers it with me but I typically leave it there for lack of energy. Then they will go in with their hobby or pet the rest of the time and that is fine with me.

I actually think it IS BK. Check the web sight and look under Exotic Sets. I know Karol probably will not tell where she is getting her outfits, but I am almost positive this is on the web sight. There are lots of sets on there with this cut.

Finish is such a personal thing but I will say you will probably want a 45 at home for sure no matter what finish you decide on. Make sure you try the finish before buying!!!

I can and do one handed spins quite often. I don’t even grip with my bottom hand. I just place it to keep me away from the pole. I have been told I have proper grip by a few instructors, yet I get that pain as well. I need to see what a doctor says, but the guesses around the board say tendinitis. It sucks but there are strengthening exercises to do to help with it.

It is so early, but I am getting ready for bed soon! It is 6:36 P.M here. We have to get up at 4:00A.M for the plane, so I want to be rested!!!! See you all soon!! 🙂

I am going to change my profile pic to a face pic so you all can actually see my face. It will help because I know it is difficult to tell by pics and video, but at least a face pic is more helpful.

I am sad the SV troop will not be there this year. One of the main reasons we planned to go to this one was because I know they live in Vegas and usually go. LOL!!!!! I don't get to see them a lot. Only once actually a few years ago in Detroit. And only long enough for a picture.

Also, I was going to try to make a top and put my name in rhinestones, but I have been to swamped to do so. I may get name tags for Bob and I. LOL!!!! ANyone else doing this???

I am pretty sure Pole Expo is every year. I am not sure if it is in Vegas every year, but I think it is.

YES! I have woken up having night sweats during that time. It happens during that time a lot!! I have gotten into the shower with my pjs on before because I was so hot and felt claustrophobic, so I just jumped in for immediate relief. My doctors all say it is normal during that time. I am not on BC pills and it is worse not on them.

I have no idea what the dress is like. I own a lot of dresses. I don't like pants. LOL!!! My husband will be there as well.

Lana, I have never been, but I will tell you I packed swim suits, pole clothes, dresses. skirts, skinny jeans, and shorts. I am wearing a grey and silver sequin dress with black Coach wedge shoes to the opening ceremony thing.

What are you ladies wearing to the after party? I thought it was a more dressy type thing, but then I saw that there will be poles there, so I have never been and have no idea how to dress for that.
