    I think it all depends on your body. I pole every dY or every other day. If tour body gets sore though, it needs to rest.

    I have been afraid to order the tops because I was afraid they may not fit. I love the shorts!!!! I have 3 pairs from there and I like them all except the Betty shorts.

    Yaaay! I can't wait to see yours too now!!!! I have got items that did not fit before and I just called as soon as they came and they let me exchange the items. That sight is addicting! LOL!

    I actually just looked and I have the black ones already!!! Glad I got pink!!! The M-L fit me. I have 37in hips so I went by the chart. They fit good and snug too.  So I hope that helps.

    You should be very warm before stretching. I light big candles and turn up the heat. Some take a bubble bath before hand.

    The one size things for tops are hit or miss. Perfect for B or C cups. May or may not work for A or D. You just have to try it and send it back if it doesn't work or at least that is what I may have to do.

    The sizing seemed small so I got the med-large. They need MORE sizes!!! Someone should make these in all sizes and put them on here. Obviously us ladies would be interested!!!!

    My advice is to not worry about your background w dance and just start off slow and see what you can do!!!! I am not sure but ,I think most people trying to build flexibility do it every other day. I use Veens's stretching lesons and the Valentino Brothers DVDs. I swear I was not flexible at ALL till I started a routine!!!!! When you get close to the splits, yoga blocks will help you get them flatter. Alethea had some DVDs that I have heard work too. I do not personally own them though.
