    I use packin tape on my shoes or feet when I pole too. Helps with slip.

    Glitterheels.com!! Omg girls! Check them out! Alethea has 3 different colors in her upcoming DVDs. More medical issues are keeping me from pole. Blah! I can start stretching again soon though.

    Oh I agree the fall could have absolutely have done it. I just didnt want people to think thigh holds would cause liver damage because someone on here said it may and it scared me so I asked my dr. I wonder how she is doing now?

    I wanted to add that the liver damage she had was from the constant drinking no doubt or something else. I asked my Dr about thigh holds and the pole and he said that area is the abdomen and the liver is higher and it would not hurt it. Someone said that worried. Just wanted to tell you want I was told.

    As far as I know just over time poking and alcohol will remove it after a couple months.

    Yeah! They all come with a coating at first. I did not know this when I got mine and it was awful. Lol!!
