Is there some way to have the photos removed? I am pretty sure if they are water marked or not the property of the poster, that she can try to have them removed.

I am hoping to get one of these for my birthday or a pole sleeve. Obviously I have never been on the silicone Xpole, but I got to try the Pole Sleeve at Expo. I am hoping these are put soon and there is more info! I want a silicone pole bad!

I get the leprechaun legs!!! I find it unavoidable but have never been shown how to either. My husband takes photos at my shows and he just has it take them every second so the pictures end up like a flip book. I get really good shots that way but some really crazy ones too like the leprechaun legs into a cartwheel handspring!!! Lol!!!

I agree with Veena! I never needed them until I started handsprings. That was three years in for me. Ever since then, I need them. More exercise never hurt also. I need to get light weights and do more with my wrists.

I have chrome and clean it often with alcohol or Dawn dish soap for a deep clean. Just re apply the Itac to the pole if you need to after cleaning. Works for me, but everyone is different,

I actually do wrap my right forearm and wrist and wear a wrap on the other. I never pole without them. Always have since I started doing Ayshas years ago!

will learn and try everything once, however, most of the new main stream moves seem to require quite a bendy contorted back, which mine is just not build like that. It just isn’t, so I do not force train those moves because I need my body healthy for my everyday job.

I noticed they had one of these at Pole Expo. I wonder if they changed the product because the one there was slipping and ripping. Yikes!

Never put your hair up wet either. That will break it. There are hair ties called knotties that are very soft and loose you may want to look into. I would get a trim and deep conditioning at a salon asap as well.

A French braid when done loosly should not hurt the hair at all. There are many different lengths throughout the hair. Some parts of the hair grow slower. You may have a patch of new growth hairs as well. The short ones may not be broken at all, but growing back!!!

First of all, try not to worry about all the other ladies in class. Easier said than done. Second, try having a protein drink after class! I get mine from Health Food Unlimited. This helped me personal with this issue. Everyone is different but it can’t hurt. Third, more than half of pole is in our heads. You may be psyching yourself out! Example: I have a friend and she is taking lessons from me. I saw her do a reverse grab just goofing off!!! I showed her the move and she could not seem to do it again actually trying!!! Lol!!!

Also, for those of you who claim there is no pole shorts in the world that fit your butt, try the Mika Yoga wear Lucia shorts. They are better coverage than most.

The Brazil shorts are only appropriate if they are the right fit!!! I had a pair of smalls. I wear S-M in most shorts. They showed to much butt like a thong and if I pulled them down, plumber crack!!!! So, the mediums have better coverage. They are thick as well, which is great! I think there should be a no underwear in class dress code. I have never seen anyone wear underwear in class. Underwear in thin. Pole shorts and swim wear is made thicker.

It still will not work for me. When I hit the upload video button it just takes me to all my previous uploads.
