On the right of the screen, it says FREE shipping in purple and there is an xpole logo by it. Click there and it takes you to the shopping screen.

You can buy one right here on Studio Veena or from xpoleus.com. I would personally recommend a chrome 45mm. Everyone will have different personal preferences of course. I feel like it is easier to learn on a 45. Chrome finish will be good so you do not rely on a super grippy pole and you can strengthen your own grip over time.https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_flower.gif If you are sweaty, I recomment Tite Grip. If you are dry and not so sweaty, I recommend Itac2 and .

Lol! It sounds funny, but be careful. I am sure you ladies care for them properly though. I am a stylist and see mold all the time in dreds and hair extensions.

Then I got serious and could not even wear them during practice. So, sometimes I wear them now, but they hinder me in some moves. I have always wore clear shoes though. Just not 6 inch ones. I had a Cinderella themed wedding and wore these beautiful clear 4 inch heels w silver and Australian crystals.
