I will have to look into those. I really hate taping devices to the ceiling but we have done it.

Oh no! I wasn’t done and it just posted! Lol!! But chrome is the slickest finish and maybe that is why it comes off so easy. Something else about grip aids is that there are ones for dry skin and some for sweaty skin. I have suck dry skin it peels all over my shorts and carpet if I do not moisturize. GROSS, right. That causes major sliding too. Pole Physics lotion works magic miracles for me and my dry skin. If I do not put it on and want to pole that day, I mist my skin w .

I have never had an issue getting itac off of my pole. Maybe people get lazy?? I use a microfiber towel and you really have to rub, bit it comes right off for me on my chrome xpole

I had issues w my grip at home. My pole is slicker than the ones in the studio. I am very dry naturally. Like chaffing dry and had to warm up for almost an hr too!!! I got Pole Physics lotion and it has been a God send! Also turn up the heat when you pole at home if you are in a cold winter climate right now. Just things to try.

I think sometimes wearing all that can get in the way. Give the gloves a try though. I have the opposite problem. I am to dry for grip so I use itac. I get it all over the pole first then I spray on my body NOT hands and I am good to go! For awaiting it is a powder based grip you need. Use it all over where you sweat. And wipe that pole down a lot!!

Anything under 8 ft is not worth even setting up a pole IMO.

I have terrible carpal tunnel. I am a hair stylist and it is verry common issue. My hands hurt so bad sometimes after poling. There is nothing really to do about it but get the surgery. I get stress balls and squeeze them to ease the pain.

I have a question for all Lil Mynx owners. Well, questions. I am in the market for a couple new poles and I am scared of Xpoles new design. I have heard and seen only bad things happen with it. My chrome xpole is always so slick and I do not dance as much as I would like because of this. I have heard the Stainless lil mynx is slick too. I wonder if it is slicker than chrome?? I have heard the powder coated is grippy. I would be getting the wider pole. I have a 45 now and am over it. So, Has your LM pole ever fell? Has it ever ate your cieling? Do you feel like the grip is good? I think that is it for now. LOL! Thanks!!!

I have to say, I have an old xpole. The good one. I have heard so much crap about the new ones, I am afraid to get one now. What else is good and STILL good. I have seen my friends new one come down on her once and the joints are stripped now. It is an issue. I need a 50 mm now. I have 45. I wanted titanium sooooo bad, but I am scared to invest in it and it come down and kill me or f up and I can't even use it.

I would love to see one with aerial combos and flexibility. You know when the dancer is on the pole for minutes at a time w out touching the floor? That is what I find impressive and that is what I want to know how to do.

Did you try alcohol to clean it yet? This usually helps. Also, you did not have any new lotion on your skin did you?

I love that I am getting stronger, however, my non existant boobs are just nipples and skin now and my arms got huge. My arms do not fit in tops that fit my chest and I have to get bigger shirts for my arms and the shirt looks like a bag on my chest. LOL! I will get this fixed w in the next 2 yrs but for now, I am unsure how I feel about my are muscles. It is hard to find tops and my old ones do not fit right anymore.
